We suggest that the average male Veteran (weighing 185lbs) use the 1000mg Tincture at minimum. The recommended dose is 1mL per day. The average female veteran (weighing…We Don’t Play That Game!) we suggest starting with 0.5ml per day. The best place to take the oil is under the tongue, holding it there for 30sec before swallowing.
